What is Culture? 


By the dictionary, it means:

Culture is the quality in a person or society that arises from a concern for what is regarded as excellent in arts, letters, manners, scholarly pursuits, etc.

For an example the game system of the Xbox, it has its own Culture.  Also, the PS3 too.  In the fact most everything do has its own Culture.  Schools have their own Culture of teachers, Student and Admin.  And College do have one too.  And every sub-Culture has a Culture.  But sometime the Culture is slow to hold on a new thing. 


But the Culture of the world do not have the same Culture norms, a Culture norm in the USA will be different in Russia like in the USA, we smile when we are happy, laughing but the Culture norm in Russia is do not smile when they are happy and laughing as much.
